Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Daybreak. By creating an account you agree to them. Effective August 24, 2026.

What Daybreak is

Daybreak is a hosted service, built and operated by MinCac (founder: Taha Iftikhar), that reconciles your store's orders, ad spend, and fulfillment costs into a daily profit number. It is provided as-is, and we work to keep it accurate, but it is a reporting tool, not financial or accounting advice, and does not replace your bookkeeper or accountant.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when you sign up, and you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at taha@mincac.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Trial, billing and cancellation

New accounts start with a free trial. No card is required to start it, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. If you add a payment method and let a paid plan begin, you are billed on a recurring basis (currently monthly) until you cancel.

Billing and payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They own the checkout, the card details, and tax collection. We never see or store your card number.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods, but if something on our end went wrong, email us and we'll make it right.

Your data, connected accounts

You own your commerce data. Connecting Shopify, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, or a 3PL grants Daybreak read-only access under the scopes shown at connect time; you can disconnect any of them at any time from Sources. See the privacy policy for exactly what we store and for how long.

Acceptable use

Use Daybreak for your own store's reporting. Don't try to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the service, share your account access outside your own team, or use it to store or process data you don't have the right to share with us.

Accuracy and limits

We reconcile the numbers your connected platforms give us, and we flag known gaps (like ad-platform attribution vs. reality) rather than hide them. But upstream outages, API changes, or bad data at the source can affect accuracy. Daybreak is provided without warranties of any kind, and to the extent the law allows, MinCac is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or that we reasonably believe put the service or other users at risk. Where practical, we'll tell you why first.

Changes

If these terms change, the effective date at the top changes and material changes get emailed to connected accounts before they take effect.
